Hal Finney makes his final post to the bitcoin forum before passing away

On August 9, 2013 Hal Finney wrote his final post to the Bitcoin Forum, he asked about how cashier checks would fit into a bitcoin environment. 

The message read: "We used checks. For high value transactions, cashiers checks. I don't know how this transfers to a bitcoin environment. Oh, there wasn't as much mail order back then. Most shopping was local."
