St Moritz Becomes First Swiss Ski Resort to Accept Bitcoin

The first ski resort to accept Bitcoin was Engadin St. Moritz in Switzerland. They started accepting Bitcoin for ski pass payments in December 2017, according to Swiss public television, SRF, and the newspaper Südostschweiz. This move made St. Moritz the first Swiss ski resort to recognize payments with bitcoins in the country and the world.
