The first appearance of bitcoin on TV news

On June 1, 2011, Bitcoin made its first appearance on television news, a momentous occasion for the cryptocurrency which was still in its infancy. The Czech TV news channel Horizont CT24 aired a report about Bitcoin, bringing the digital currency to the attention of a mainstream audience for the first time.
