The first Bitcoin conference in Europe, held from November 25-27, 2011, in Prague, Czech Republic, was a seminal event in the history of the bitcoin movement.
 

The European Bitcoin Conference 2011 was organized by Mitchell Bourne in association with the Bitcoin Consultancy. It was a three-day event that brought together some of the most prominent figures in the Bitcoin space at the time, including Amir Taaki, Rickard Falkvinge, and Vladimir Marchenko, who were confirmed as keynote speakers.
